User agrees that the downloading of 3D Solid Models are to be used solely by the user for design purposes only, and that the Intellectual Property of the model is the copyrighted property of Glenair, Inc. It is not to be disclosed, reproduced in whole or in part or used to solicit quotations from competitive sources or used for manufacture by anyone other than Glenair Inc. without written permission. The informational models have been developed at Glenair expense and may only be used for Engineering evaluation and incorporation into technical specifications, internal modelling designs and other documents which specify procurement of products from Glenair, Inc.
